 You can reach the beach on the Atlantic Ocean by foot in about 3 minutes from Villa Sunset.
 Agadir is an important port located on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean in the south of Morocco and was founded in 1505 by Portuguese navigators. It has about 600,000 inhabitants, the region itself mainly relies on fisheries and tourism. Major attractions include the Kasbah and the craft markets.

Here in southern Morocco the climate is dry and warm throughout the year. From November to March, an average temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius can be expected, between April and October temperatures range between 24 and 27 degrees Celsius. Fresh breezes from the Atlantic Ocean often provide a welcome relief from the sun.
 Shops, restaurants, a bank and chemistry can be found in Aourir (Bananavillage) and are about a ten minutes walk from the Villa. A souk (market) takes place there every Wednesday.
